Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Boulevard Townhome in Springfield, IL. The role involves directing maintenance staff, managing work orders, and coordinating parts and services for timely resident repairs.

HVAC and EPA licenses are required; candidates should have 5–10 years of supervisory experience, own tools, a valid driver’s license, and be available for on-call emergencies with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 - 10 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience.
• Must be HVAC & EPA licensed.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized HVAC, plumbing & electrical tools.
• CPO certifications preferred.
• Must have reliable Transportation.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members.
• Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Some duties will include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
