Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Boulevard Townhomes in Springfield, IL. The role leads maintenance staff, oversees work orders, and coordinates repairs to keep the community in peak condition.

Qualifications include 5–10 years of supervisory maintenance experience and HVAC/EPA licensing; overtime may be required. A valid driver's license, background check, and drug test are standard requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC & EPA licenses required; willing to work overtime.
• Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Reliable transportation; valid Driver's License (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff; delegate assignments to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets; perform other duties as assigned.
