Crossroads Community Services Board is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Worker to help keep agency-owned, leased, and operated properties in good working condition. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current HVAC certification required.
• Experience in facility and vehicle maintenance required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel throughout Crossroads' service area.
• Flexible schedule may be required based on agency needs.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain agency properties and assist with upkeep, maintenance, and repair of owned, leased, and operated properties.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and other building systems.
• Document work orders and expenses and assist with monitoring routine maintenance of agency vehicles.
