Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in various environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
