Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Wellington Apartments location. The role involves performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties, and supporting the Service Manager with day-to-day tasks at the community.

You will handle preventive maintenance, respond to emergency calls, assist with resident functions, and contribute to the community preservation plan.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community tasks as needed.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service requests per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and events.
• Participate in the community preservation and preventive maintenance program.
