Job summary

Highmark Residential in Harbor Creek is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across the apartment community. You will assist the Service Manager and help manage the overall maintenance programs to keep the property safe and appealing.

The role requires punctuality, dependability and teamwork; prior apartment maintenance experience and HVAC Type II certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with community needs
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to emergency service calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
