Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests and apartment turns.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections.
- Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies.
- Support community appearance and curb appeal.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
