Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team in Winter Park, FL. This role handles service requests, prepares units for new residents, and helps maintain a safe, attractive property.

HVAC certification is required; experience in apartment maintenance or general maintenance is preferred. On-call rotation and delivering excellent resident service are expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and apartment turns
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies
• Support community appearance and curb appeal
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
