Qualifications

• EPA/CFC/HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on A/C and mechanical systems.
• Complete resident service requests efficiently.
• Prepare vacant apartments for ‘make-ready’ status.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
