Qualifications

• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to repair independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform skilled maintenance tasks including HVAC troubleshooting and repair, electrical, plumbing, appliance diagnostics and repair, carpentry and general maintenance.
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation.
• Maintain community grounds, common areas and amenities.
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance and quality standards.
