Job summary

Seacoast Service Partners NA LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support inbound and outbound calls for residential HVAC services. You will convert calls and leads into booked appointments, provide courteous service, and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.

This role requires in-person work at our Orlando office and a strong emphasis on call quality and booking performance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a call center or high-volume customer service setting,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
• Experience in HVAC or home services preferred.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and using a CRM.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for residential HVAC services.
• Convert qualified calls and leads into booked service appointments.
• Provide professional, helpful customer service during interactions.
