Job summary

Johnson Controls in Greensboro, NC is seeking a results-driven BE salesperson to drive the sale of Johnson Controls offerings to building owners at the Director and/or Vice President level. You will develop relationships and close multi-year service agreements.

The role focuses on aligning customer objectives with Johnson Controls value, expanding renewals, and working with senior stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in HVAC, construction, or building systems.
• Ability to manage long-term customer relationships and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls BE offerings to building owners and executives at the Director or VP level.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and renew service agreements.
• Execute the sales process to cultivate and close new opportunities.
• Develop partnering relationships with owners or representatives to drive sales and link objectives to value.
