Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform semi-skilled trades including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and adjustments to machinery and equipment.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to carry out assignments safely.
• Skill in using hand and power tools and other trades equipment.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety measures related to trades work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and components.
• Operate Building Automation System and interface with existing controls.
• Assist in sketches, specifications, and cost estimates; maintain records.
• Assist in snow removal and provide support to other trades as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized equipment rooms and ensure safe operating and code compliance.
