Qualifications

• Two years of increasingly responsible facilities maintenance experience.
• Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
• Required safety training to be completed within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and diagnose HVAC and maintenance requests across 14 buildings.
• Monitor work orders and coordinate with HVAC contractors as needed.
• Operate WebCTRL building automation and adjust systems to maximize efficiency.
• Perform general maintenance including painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Maintain safety and record time accurately; work overtime as needed.
