Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Controls Sales Engineer to drive profitable sales of HVAC building automation and control systems. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying needs, and preparing solutions and proposals, supporting projects from pre-sales through execution.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background, 3+ years in HVAC controls sales/engineering/marketing, strong communication, and the ability to meet sales targets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in HVAC controls sales, engineering, or marketing.
Strong communication, customer relationship, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of HVAC, building automation, control systems, and energy management.
