You will rely on your strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a commitment to teamwork to process orders, support inventory, and help customers select the right HVAC/R solutions. This role offers performance-based bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience managing in a B2B or distribution environment is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in finding HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders accurately, handle payments, and invoice correctly.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and keep stock levels refreshed.
• Support inventory, conduct counts, and report discrepancies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical questions.
• Complete documentation for transactions and warranties.
• Occasional travel for training, meetings, or related activities.
