Carrier Enterprise, a premier HVAC/R distributor, is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to greet customers, provide product knowledge, and support HVAC/R professionals and contractors at our Memphis location.

You will process orders, manage stock, and help drive sales while delivering exceptional service. The role may involve occasional travel, with a focus on team collaboration and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• B2B distribution/sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent relationship-building; team player with a focus on sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and stock on the sales floor.
• Travel to training locations or other sites as needed.
