Carrier Enterprise is hiring a Branch Sales Associate for our Matthews, NC location. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and process orders while supporting inventory and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in HVAC/R industry preferred.
• Proficiency with computerized sales and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide expert advice, product information, and recommendations to help them find the right HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring items are available, properly priced, and invoiced correctly.
• Maintain understanding of HVAC/R product inventory, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the Branch Manager.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to HVAC/R equipment and components.
• Promote sales initiatives and upsell products when appropriate.
• Provide warehouse operations support, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming merchandise.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock replenishment, and product organization.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks; comply with safety policies.
• Uphold a clean, organized counter and warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
