Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and coordinate teams responsible for maintaining, servicing and installing commercial HVAC equipment. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, inventory control, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, HVAC technical knowledge, and a proven P&L management track record. Regular local travel and ladder climbing are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education is required.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry technical knowledge required.
• P&L management experience with successful track record preferred.
• Ability to travel in local market regularly; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes and interprets reports, proposals and blueprints; assigns duties to team members.
• Directs employees engaged in maintenance, servicing and installing HVAC equipment.
• Maintains safety training and ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Establishes work procedures to meet production schedules and improves methods to increase efficiency.
• Supervises 4–10 employees, including hiring, training, performance appraisal and discipline.
• Manages inventory and ensures timely arrival of materials and equipment.
