Job summary

BME Services in Indianapolis seeks a Branch Manager to own the branch P&L, drive profitable growth, and ensure reliable service delivery with a safe, engaged field team. You will build recurring maintenance agreements, expand the customer base, and equip technicians with tools and training for first-time right service.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in commercial mechanical/MEP service, including 3+ years in leadership, plus a proven track record in growing service revenue and maintaining

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or MEP service, including 3+ years leading a service team or branch.
• Proven P&L responsibility including budgeting, pricing and margin management.
• Strong track record of growing service agreement revenue and developing new customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L, including revenue, gross margin, labor utilization, overhead and net operating income.
• Grow the Indianapolis market by developing new commercial, industrial and institutional customers.
• Oversee dispatch, scheduling and workload to ensure calls are answered and completed on time.
• Set and track standards for response time, first-time fix rate, and job documentation.
• Recruit, hire and onboard technicians and office staff in partnership with HR.
• Coaching, performance reviews and succession planning for team members.
