Job summary

BME Services in Indianapolis seeks a Commercial HVAC Branch Manager to own the branch results, drive profitable growth, and ensure safe, high-quality service delivery. You will expand recurring revenue, manage the customer base, and support technicians with tools and training to succeed.

As the face of BME in Indianapolis, you will lead a team, partner with service sales, and uphold OSHA and EPA requirements while achieving the branch financial targets and market expansion goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or MEP service.
• 3+ years leading a service team or department.
• Proven P&L responsibility including budgeting, pricing and margin management.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC/R, plumbing and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L, including revenue, gross margin, labor utilization, overhead and net operating income.
• Grow the Indianapolis market by developing new commercial, industrial and institutional customers.
• Oversee dispatch, scheduling and workload to ensure calls are answered and completed on time.
• Expand recurring revenue through planned maintenance and service agreements, with focus on renewals.
• Coordinate cross-company work and handoffs with install, Bertke and Survoy teams.
