Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking a Plumbing Branch Manager to lead the Ocala branch. You will hire, manage, and develop staff to support growth, improve efficiencies, and control costs while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of leadership in management or team roles and 3 years in plumbing installation or repair, with strong communication and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills as a

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management or team-lead experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Plumbing installation or repair experience.
• Ability to relate well with employees at all levels.
• Superior customer interaction and communication skills.
• Computer and technology savvy.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
