Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking a Plumbing Branch Manager to lead all branch operations in Ocala, FL. You will hire staff, drive workload, and achieve growth while maintaining efficient, cost-conscious operations and exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a solid background in plumbing installation or repair, with bilingual abilities considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or team-lead experience
• 3+ years of plumbing installation or repair experience
• Ability to relate well with employees at all levels
• Superior customer interaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer and technology savvy
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
