Homans Associates II LLC in Hawthorne, NY is seeking a Branch Manager for our salaried, Monday–Friday role with a compensation range of $60,000–$80,000.

The Branch Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead a team, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced HVAC distribution environment. Prior HVAC experience and strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast paced retail store environment.
• 3-5 years HVAC industry knowledge/experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications.
• Heightened focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Must be sales driven with ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Commitment to EH&S rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Implement and maintain the highest level of customer service in the industry.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to develop strategies for increased traffic and feedback from dealers.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff; manage and coach Counter Sales Associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect company assets.
• Ensure effective communication and personal accountability.
• Organize shelves and displays; ensure cleanliness to enhance sales access.
• Comply with all SOX key controls.
• Contribute to Cost Control, Business Strategy, and New Business Development.
