Job summary

Hire Velocity is seeking a Branch Manager in Tennessee to oversee daily branch operations, including inside sales, customer service, inventory management, staffing, and administration. You will ensure the branch operates efficiently, meets performance goals, and executes company policies.

The role requires leading and developing the team, managing budgets, monitoring metrics, and coordinating with the Director of Operations to drive growth, safety compliance, and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in management or retail management or equivalent managerial experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing a P&L center and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including inside sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff to meet workload demands and performance goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets, goals, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations and sales teams on strategy and quotes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory control to maintain accuracy and reduce losses.
