Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years in distribution or warehouse settings with strong customer service.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Knowledge of business principles including strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including customer transactions, warehouse, inventory, delivery, and P&L.
• Ensure branch meets performance metrics and safety standards.
