2J Supply, part of the Rheem family, is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse in Dayton, OH. This on-site role oversees receiving, stocking, and shipping, guiding a warehouse team with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure consistent culture and performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse operations, with strong leadership, communication, and inventory management. HVAC experience is a plus, and a degree in business is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse operations, delivery, shipping and receiving, and inventory experience.
HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required.
Warehouse management experience preferred.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and delegate tasks.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations at the Dayton location, coordinating receiving, stocking, and shipping.
Lead and mentor the warehouse team and collaborate with the Branch Manager.
Recruit and onboard new hires with HR support; support development and growth.
Maintain safety, inventory accuracy, and budget alignment for the location.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures; manage inventory with other locations.
