The role oversees 30–50 accounts, coordinates promotions, budgeting, and staff development, and works with the Regional Manager to align with corporate strategy. Strong HVAC/R knowledge, leadership, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in related field or related experience.
• Must have a strong knowledge of the HVAC/R industry with a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Experience in warehouse management, planning, staffing, budgeting and effective organizational skills.
• Must possess good understanding of business practices and good business judgment.
• Must be able to travel to meet customers or attend required meetings on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch sales including counter and outside sales calls.
• Manage 30–50 accounts to meet sales and gross margin targets.
• Coordinate marketing, promotions and stock levels for all products.
• Plan and implement promotional events and training activities.
• Develop and maintain annual branch business plans.
