Qualifications

• 3+ years of branch/warehouse operational management experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision‑making skills.
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
• HVAC industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales and operations activities and oversee all aspects of the Savannah, GA branch.
• Create and maintain a culture of Zero Harm in the workplace and environment.
• Ensure training on equipment operation, vehicle and forklift safety.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, near-misses and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain inventory control and 98% SKU accuracy.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and product selection for the location.
• Manage pricing and margins on orders and guide adjustments when needed.
