Job summary

Bosch is seeking a HVAC Branch Manager for the Savannah, GA market. You will oversee sales and operations, safety, customer service, inventory control, and P&L management to drive growth and reliability.

You will lead a team, ensure training, supervise shipping/receiving, and optimize product selection and pricing. A strong emphasis on Zero Harm and positive employee well‑being is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of branch/warehouse operational management experience.
• HVAC industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a culture of Zero Harm and safety.
• Ensure all personnel are trained on equipment, focusing on vehicle and forklift safety.
• Report and investigate incidents and hazards promptly.
• Maintain PPE compliance.
• Manage customer relationships and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain efficient operations per guidelines and procedures.
• Develop and train branch staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Maintain branch and regional inventory control with 98% SKU accuracy.
• Manage shipping/receiving to store products safely and efficiently.
• Oversee product selection for the location and adjust pricing/margins as needed.
