Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service field supervisory experience.
• Vocational training or equivalent HVAC experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Financial awareness and cost-conscious mindset.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and developing the HVAC service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Coordinate technician schedules, daily assignments, and service priorities.
• Support the Service Manager in maintaining efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor technician performance, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure materials, parts, and equipment are ordered and available for scheduled jobs.
• Review departmental reports including inventory, tools, vehicles, and service metrics.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Review payroll records to ensure technicians are properly compensated.
• Ensure technicians have tools and resources needed for service calls.
• Support dispatch operations to ensure appropriate technician assignment and scheduling.
