Job summary

Amatrol, Inc. in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a hands-on HVAC assembler to join a climate-controlled shop. You’ll review blueprints, assemble systems, solder copper tubing, and keep quality front and center, starting at 6:00 AM on the day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs (English).
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable — on the floor and ready at 6:00.
• EPA 608 Certification is a plus.
• Copper soldering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete HVAC systems and subassemblies.
• Review blueprints and specs and bring systems to life.
• Calibrate and maintain test and production equipment.
• Document build steps and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose defects to meet standards.
• Maintain a climate-controlled work environment.
