Job summary

RectorSeal in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a General Assembler to organize and assemble products for distribution, ensuring quality control and efficient inventory management. This on-site hourly position runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., with overtime possible during peak times. Responsibilities include assembling per specifications, inventory checks, collaboration to improve processes, and maintaining safety and organization in the workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 6 months in a manufacturing or distribution environment in lieu of education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time, stay organized, and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform regular inventory checks and maintain stock records.
• Collaborate with team to optimize assembly processes and efficiency.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed during operations.
• Pack HVAC products securely for transit and label/stock items accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of parts and tools.
• Stand for 8–12 hour shifts; overtime may be required and shifts may vary.
