Job summary

Aerotek in Kentwood, MI is hiring Manufacturing Team Members for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM) to build and install components for large commercial HVAC systems. You’ll work with hand tools and powered equipment, follow production instructions, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals in a climate-controlled facility.

Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing or warehouse experience, can lift up to 40 lbs, stay active through the shift,

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
