Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install sub-assembly components on HVAC units per specs and work instructions.
• Read blueprints/diagrams to verify parts and ensure proper assembly.
• Communicate with team to maintain workflow and accuracy.
• Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and assemblies.
• Move materials and finished products to designated areas.
• Follow housekeeping and safety practices; wear PPE.
• Report equipment issues or shortages to supervisors.
• Support daily production targets and quality standards.
