Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old; prior manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Basic math and measurement skills may be required.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install sub-assembly components on HVAC units according to specifications and work instructions.
Read blueprints, diagrams, and order forms to verify parts and ensure proper assembly.
Communicate with team members to maintain workflow and accuracy.
Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and assemblies.
Move materials and finished products to designated areas safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety practices.
Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervisors.
Wear PPE and follow health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
