DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is hiring a Warehouse Associate and HVAC Apprentice who will start in the Warehouse, learning HVAC parts and gaining industry experience. This in-house Apprentice Program starts at the Warehouse position with state-recognized training offered at no cost.

You will assist skilled technicians, learn on-the-job, and progress toward field work after training. The program includes benefits and career-growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the mechanical or skilled trades industry.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA certification is a Plus.
• HVAC technical school completed or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager and experienced technicians in field installs and startup tasks.
• Learn HVAC trade skills on-the-job while following mentors and company curriculum.
• Communicate with customers and teammates to ensure proper install and service processes.
• Support ongoing tools program and participate in in-house trainings.

This is a Apprentice program that starts with the Warehouse position while learning the HVAC parts and gaining experience within the industry before working on the field with our experienced technicians. State recognized Apprentice Program offered in-house at no Cost!!!

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN APPRENTICE

You are eager to learn as a HVAC Apprentice. By asking questions, observing, and emulating our company values, you learn the tricks of the trade. You go out in the field with the best technicians in the area and aid them as they complete installations and start up heating, air conditioning, water heating, and water treatment equipment. You take every opportunity to learn as they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly install equipment.Being the hard worker that you are, you do whatever is asked of you and pay close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees as you learn. In addition to hands-on learning, our apprenticeship will train you to be a lead in 9 months if you follow the curriculum! Various career paths are available after apprenticeship. You also spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your HVAC knowledge and skills. Our apprenticeship program excites you and you can't wait to expand your skill and become a well-paid HVAC Installation Technician or Service Technician!
