DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Associate and HVAC Apprentice who will support our Warehouse Manager and skilled technicians while learning the trade.

This in-house apprenticeship starts in the warehouse and progresses toward field work as you complete training, with state-recognized programs offered at no cost and hands-on mentorship from our experienced team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the mechanical or skilled trades industry.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA certification is a Plus.
• HVAC technical school completed or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installations and start-up of equipment.
• Learn HVAC trade through hands-on mentorship and coursework.
• Support warehouse operations and parts management.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

This is a Apprentice program that starts with the Warehouse position while learning the HVAC parts and gaining experience within the industry before working on the field with our experienced technicians. State recognized Apprentice Program offered in-house at no Cost!!!

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN APPRENTICE

You are eager to learn as a HVAC Apprentice. By asking questions, observing, and emulating our company values, you learn the tricks of the trade. You go out in the field with the best technicians in the area and aid them as they complete installations and start up heating, air conditioning, water heating, and water treatment equipment. You take every opportunity to learn as they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly install equipment.Being the hard worker that you are, you do whatever is asked of you and pay close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees as you learn. In addition to hands-on learning, our apprenticeship will train you to be a lead in 9 months if you follow the curriculum! Various career paths are available after apprenticeship. You also spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your HVAC knowledge and skills. Our apprenticeship program excites you and you can't wait to expand your skill and become a well-paid HVAC Installation Technician or Service Technician!
