Job summary

Mr. Holland’s Home Services, a Clarion Home Services Group brand serving the Milwaukee area, is seeking an HVAC Apprentice to join a safety‑first, people‑first team dedicated to keeping homes comfortable.

Based in Waukesha, WI, the role is on-site and field-based with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime. You will learn from experienced technicians, gain EPA certification, and grow through Interplay LMS as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of residential HVAC experience (trade school graduates or field helpers welcome).
• EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification preferred; valid driver’s license with clean record required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and on-site professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Help diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems with a lead technician.
• Shadow lead technicians to learn customer education and service expectations.
• Identify system enhancements and present clear options to customers.
• Explain high-efficiency equipment benefits to clients.
• Assist with basic startups and routine maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.
• Maintain open communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
• Coordinate with other trades and vendors as needed.
• Keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with parts.
• Participate in morning meetings, training, and team events.
