Qualifications

• 0–2 years of residential HVAC experience (trade school graduates or field helpers welcome).
• EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification preferred; a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Excellent communication and on-site customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems with lead technician.
• Shadow lead techs to educate customers and set expectations for service.
• Identify system enhancements and present options for improvement.
• Explain the value of high-efficiency equipment to clients for informed choices.
• Assist with basic startups and routine maintenance; coordinate with teams.
