Job summary

Mr. Holland’s Home Services, a proud brand of Clarion Home Services Group, is expanding and seeking an HVAC Technician to service Racine, WI and surrounding areas.

This full-time, on-site and field-based role involves diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, performing maintenance, and communicating options to homeowners. The position offers a base pay range of $30.00-$45.00 per hour, overtime eligibility, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and sales experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• High integrity with a desire for continuous improvement.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC and ventilation systems.
• Perform maintenance: clean air handlers and coils, calibrate, replace worn components.
• Explain repair options and upfront pricing to homeowners.
• Educate customers on replacements and maintenance memberships.
• Maintain communication with Dispatch and Customer Service for scheduling.
• Manage a stocked service vehicle and keep job sites clean and safe.
• Complete invoices, timecards, and service reports via mobile platforms.
