Job summary

Aspire Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Apprentice to start a long-term career in the trades. You will assist experienced technicians on residential installations and service calls, and gain hands-on training with daily access to a company vehicle and tools.

You will learn safe installation and maintenance techniques while building a strong work ethic and a team-focused approach. Competitive hourly pay begins at $15, with paid holidays and vacation accrual based on tenure.

Qualifications

• Some hands-on experience in HVAC or general mechanical/contractor work.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to our shop.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers or lead service technicians with HVAC installations or service calls in residential homes.
• Transport tools and equipment and prepare job sites for the days work.
• Learn safe and efficient HVAC installation and maintenance techniques on the job.
• Support the crew with cleanup, material handling and customer communication.
• Taking pride in representing Aspire with professionalism and integrity
