Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Advisor to support HVAC Journeymen in performing commercial A/C tune-ups across Oklahoma. You will work with a team, learn HVAC technology, and gain hands-on experience toward journeyman status. This non-remote role emphasizes field work and customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HVAC with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, strong computer skills, and willingness to travel within the state. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HVAC industry experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or related training.
• Experience in technical and/or sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work with tools and equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform tune-ups on commercial HVAC equipment with the team.
• Assist in cleaning and diagnosing HVAC systems during site visits.
• Support field operations with tools and parts as needed.
• Travel throughout the state of Oklahoma to service customers.
