T.E. Spall & Son in West Chester, PA, has openings for HVAC Maintenance Apprentices. As an HVAC technician, you'll learn the trade in our state-of-the-art training facility and receive live on-the-job training from experienced Service Technicians.

This is PAID training, with a paycheck while you learn and work. We’re seeking people who love meeting new people, solving problems, and avoiding desk work. Requirements include a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years, no major background issues,

• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
• Must live within 30 miles of 1330 Enterprise Dr, West Chester, PA 19380.

Job Type: Full-time

Apprentice Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

This is 8-10 weeks of intensive training. Attendance is critical to learn the skills you need to be successful in this role. If you're not able to commit to the full 10 weeks working Monday - Friday from 7am-5pm (could be later if training in the field) wait to apply until your schedule frees up.
