Job summary

Goettl's Austin Branch is offering an HVAC Apprentice Academy with on-the-job training. You will be paid $20 per hour during training and work in-office and online with a leading residential HVAC provider. The program lasts 12 weeks and leads to a guaranteed Maintenance Tech role.

After training, commit to two years of full-time employment. If you leave early, a payback is required. This is not unpaid training; the company provides real wages from day one and a clear path to a career in HVAC.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• 1 year of experience in a position of responsibility (paid experience preferred).
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Since 1939, we've been training hardworking people to become skilled HVAC pros with steady pay, next level benefits, and guaranteed jobs for those that successfully pass the training period.

This class is for non-experienced individuals who have not worked in the industry prior.

What you need to succeed (Read This Twice)

If you:

• Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
• Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility (paid experience strongly preferred)
• Or already know a little about the industry or attended a tech program and want to go pro
• Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops- tech savvy is a MUST
• Can pass a background check & drug test
• Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
• Want a career, not another mid-level job
