Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry and electrical work.
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal) required.
• HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience expected.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Repair and/or install appliances and HVAC units to maintain quality dwellings.
• Comply with environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other maintenance tickets as assigned.
