Job summary

General Services Corporation is seeking a Service Technician III to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on HVAC repair, appliance installation, and delivering excellent service to residents within our properties.

The position requires EPA certification (Type 2 or Universal), at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be able to lift 100 lbs and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry and electrical work.
• EPA certification (Type 2 or Universal) is required.
• HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
