General Services Corporation is seeking a Service Technician III to join our team in Florida. You will service and install HVAC units and appliances in residential properties, ensuring quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.

Requirements include at least 3 years of HVAC-related experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 100 lbs. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits enhance this role and support your health, family, and financial future.

Competenze

• At least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal).
• HVAC installation experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Passing a criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skill.

Mansioni

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
