Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) seeks a Service / Maintenance Technician III to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will repair and install appliances and HVAC units to maintain quality dwellings while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Requirements include 3 years HVAC experience, EPA Type 2 or Universal, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 100 lbs, and passing a background check. We value safety, OSHA compliance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal) is required.
• HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience is required.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to Residents.
• Repair and/or install appliances and HVAC units to maintain quality dwellings.
• Comply with environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
