Job summary

PRIDE Industries seeks an HVAC and Appliance Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair services for DFACs and facilities under contract at a military installation. You will lead HVAC staff, ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and drive quality control and safety standards.

The role requires extensive HVAC experience, strong supervisory abilities, and effective communication with contract personnel and management.

Qualifications

Five years HVAC and appliance repair experience, including three years in a supervisory role.
Ability to supervise and develop staff to meet goals while adhering to safety policies.
Strong communication and presentation skills for senior management and customers.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and manage HVAC and appliance maintenance and repair services for DFACs and facilities as per PWS.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and obligations.
Supervise staff and manage performance, development and disciplinary actions as needed.
Develop professional relationships with contract personnel and establish official communication lines.
Provide quality control, inventory management, records, and management reporting.
Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance programs including predictive testing.
Ensure safe work practices and conduct toolbox safety topics.
Schedule and prioritize tasks to minimize errors and safety risks.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
